We ship exclusively to all addresses in the United States and Canada (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian territories).
- US Orders: Shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable domestic delivery.
- Canadian Orders: Shipped via Canada Post for local delivery (with USPS as the international transit partner).
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excludes weekends, US holidays, and Canadian holidays).
- For Canadian orders, the CBSA or Canada Post may assess import duties, taxes, or handling fees.
- These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We do not control or predict the exact amount of these fees.
- US Orders: If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors, building management, or your mailroom first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking number for assistance.
- Canadian Orders: Allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date (customs delays are common). Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date if the package is missing.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate lost or delayed packages and resolve the issue promptly.
