Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery (timeline starts on the day your package arrives) if:
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact (e.g., hangtags, size stickers, care labels).
  • The item is not marked “Final Sale” (final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as required by law).

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be granted for:
  • Final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Items returned without valid proof of purchase (order number) or outside the 30-day window.
  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return (e.g., “size mismatch,” “defective stitching”).
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will email you the return address and additional guidelines.
  3. Prepare the Package: Fold or pack the item securely in a sturdy box (preferably the original packaging) to prevent damage. Include a copy of your order confirmation email for reference.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service. Retain the tracking number—we are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Our error (e.g., defective item, wrong size/color shipped): We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Your reason (e.g., change of mind, size chosen incorrectly): You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify eligibility.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds cover only the item’s purchase price—original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For Canadian orders: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Canada Post are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government and not collected by our brand.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color swaps. If you want a different item:
  1. Place a new order for the desired product via our website.
  2. Return the unwanted item for a refund (following the steps above).
